Terms and Conditions(Required)

Please carefully read, and then agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Article 1: Identity of the company

The name of the company is Lux Trading Firm, operating under the trading name Lux Trading Firm. It is based in the UK, with its principal place of business at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, and with company registration number 13160991.

Lux Trading Firm exclusively offers the following services: Trading Evaluation, Trading Education, and Prop Trading.

Article 2. Definitions

2.1 Website: the Websites of Lux Trading Firm to be found on luxtradingfirm.com, and all of its subdomains. Additional information about the Lux elite trading packages can be found at luxtradingfirm.com.

2.2 Client: the natural person or corporation who enters into an agreement with Lux Trading Firm, and/or is registered on, or through, the Website.

2.3 Agreement: any arrangement or agreement between Lux Trading Firm and the Client of which the General Terms and Conditions are an integral part.

2.4 General Terms and Conditions: the General Terms and Conditions are to be applied to all the services and products Lux Trading Firm offers.

2.5 Specific Terms and Conditions: those specific Terms and Conditions are to be applied exclusively for one of the products or services Lux Trading Firm offers.

2.6 Services: all the services provided on any of our websites.

Article 3. Applicability of the General and Specific Terms and Conditions

3.1. The General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of Lux Trading Firm unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

3.2 The specific terms and conditions apply specifically to the offer, agreement, and deliveries that it is intended to.

3.3 Deviations from these Terms and Conditions is possible only by means of written confirmation by Lux Trading Firm

3.4 Any written contract/agreement between user(s) and Lux Trading Firm will prevail over these Terms and Conditions. In the case of conflict between any separate written agreement between the parties and these Terms and Conditions, the former will prevail.

Article 4. Specific Terms and Conditions of luxtradingfirm.com

Article 4.1 Definitions

4.1.1 Application Form: the form on the website of luxtradingfim.com through which a Client may submit to apply for a trading account for trading evaluation.

4.1.2 Evaluation: the (ongoing) process of evaluating a Client’s compliance with the applicable requirements, as defined in the rules of trading, and in these Terms and Conditions.

4.1.3 Evaluation Fee: the (one-time) fee which a Client is required to pay for (ongoing) Evaluation, as defined in the rules of trading, and in these Terms and Conditions.

4.1.4 Client: the natural person or corporation who enters into an agreement with Lux Trading Firm for Trading Evaluation

4.1.5 Review system: means either, or both, the technology used by Lux Trading Firm to evaluate the Client’s compliance with the applicable requirements, and the manual processes employed to the same end.

4.2 Registration and Delivery of Services

4.2.1 To make optimum use of the Evaluation service, the Client is granted access to a trading platform of his choice, chosen from the available ones, and to a personal Dashboard to monitor his or her progress.

4.2.2 The Client will be provided with usernames and passwords with which he can log on to the chosen platform and his or her Dashboard.

4.2.3 The Client must keep his login credentials, username, and password strictly confidential. Lux Trading Firm cannot be held liable for any misuse of the login credentials and is always entitled to assume that the Client who logs on to the platform and dashboard, is the party that it professes to be. The Client is responsible for and bears the full risk of any and all actions and transactions performed via the Client’s account.

4.2.4. If the Client knows or has reason to suspect that its login details have become available to unauthorized parties, it will be required to change its password as soon as possible and/or to notify Lux Trading Firm accordingly, to allow Lux Trading Firm to take appropriate measures.

Article 4.3 Registration process

4.3.1. To use our services, you first need to register. You must not provide any false or inaccurate information, whether during the registration process or otherwise. After completing registration and payment, you will receive your login credentials via email, to the email address you used when checking out.

4.3.2 You must secure access to your account using the username and password against third parties. In particular, you must keep the password strictly confidential. Lux Trading Firm may assume that all actions undertaken from your account after logging in with your username and password is authorized and supervised by you. This means you are liable for these actions, unless and until you have notified Lux Trading Firm that someone else knows your password.

4.3.3 Registration and payment are indispensable requisites in order to use our services. Trial account services do not require payment.

4.3.4 Lux Trading Firm will process your personal data according to its Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://luxtradingfirm.com/privacy-policy/

Article 5 Terms of use

5.1 It is not permitted to use the Services for any purpose that violates UK, local, international, or any other applicable law or regulation. This includes the storage or transmission of data using services that are slanderous, libelous, or racist, or publishing information that is not based on truth.

5.2 If you fail to comply with the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise act in a way that Lux Trading Firm considers to be inappropriate, Lux Trading Firm shall be entitled to give a written warning. Any failure to comply or other misconduct after the warning has been issued will either result in removal from the Services or termination of any collaboration between you and Lux Trading Firm. A warning will remain valid for as long as Lux Trading Firm considers it necessary.

5.3 If, in the opinion of Lux Trading Firm, the continued functioning of the computer systems or network of Lux Trading Firm, or third parties, is actually or under threat of being damaged or jeopardized, for example through the excessive transmission of e-mail or other data, leaks of personal data or virus activity, Lux Trading Firm may take all steps it deems reasonably necessary to end or avert such damage or jeopardy.

5.4 Lux Trading Firm is at all times entitled to file a criminal complaint for any offenses committed through or using the Services. In addition, Lux Trading Firm is entitled to supply your name, address, IP address, and other identifying data to a third party alleging that you violate its rights or these Terms and Conditions, provided the validity of the complaint is clear, no other way of obtaining this information exists and the third party has an evident interest in obtaining this information.

5.5 Lux Trading Firm may recoup from you all damages it suffers as a result of your violation of these terms of use. You agree to indemnify Lux Trading Firm against all third-party claims arising out of your violation of these terms of use.

Article 6 Availability and maintenance

6.1 Lux Trading Firm makes no promises regarding the availability of any of the Services.

6.2 Lux Trading Firm actively maintains its Services. Maintenance can take place at any time, even if this may negatively impact the availability of the Services. Maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.

6.3 Lux Trading Firm may from time to time adapt the Services. Your feedback and suggestions are welcome, but ultimately, Lux Trading Firm decides what adaptations to carry out (or not).

6.4 Lux Trading Firm is entitled to seize a Service without prior notification. If Lux Trading Firm terminates a Service, you agree that Lux Trading Firm is under no obligation to offer a refund or any other type of compensation.

Article 7 Amendments

7.1 Lux Trading Firm may amend these Terms and Conditions and any applicable prices or fees at any time. All changes or additions have an immediate effect, without notification being required.

7.2 If a client objects to any amendment, the parties will enter into consultation with each other. If the client chooses not to accept the changes or additions, it may terminate the Agreement. Termination will never result in any repayment obligation for Lux Trading Firm.

Article 8 Refunds

8.1 Once the client is sent his credentials, he is no longer entitled to any refund.

8.2 The time and sole proof of the sending of credentials is based on Lux Trading Firm’s system's registration of sending these credentials.

8.3 The non-reception by the client, reception in spam folder, bouncing of email, and/or delays in transmission caused by electronic systems does not invalidate points 8.1 and 8.2
8.4 An exception applies to UK residents using Knoma to pay for the Elite Package. In that case, a refund is possible for 14 days from the date of purchase, as long as the trader hasn’t:
* traded on his evaluation account (they can use the test account), or
* had a meeting with his mentor, or
* used the services of the risk desk.
8.5 Another exception applies to the Special Offer on the 1MM$ account. Refunds are only available if and when we aren’t able to supply you with your credentials before or on June 30th, 2023. You accept that, by paying for this special offer, you will not demand, and are not entitled to, a refund, unless we fail to provide you with working credentials for a 1MM$ account on one of our trading platforms at the latest on June 30th, 2023.

Article 9 Termination of Account

9.1 Lux Trading Firm may, in its own sole judgment, terminate the account of a client, in the following circumstances

9.1.1 Breaking of the drawdown rule, defined in Trading Rules on the website.

9.1.2 Not following instructions regarding risk, trading volume, or size of stop loss

9.1.3 Breaking other rules, after being warned that the continued breaking of such rules constitutes a reason to terminate the client’s account.

9.1.4 Gross negligence or Malicious Intent on the part of Client

9.2 You are not allowed to trade multiple accounts, open at the same time. This includes accounts in your own name, and/or other people’s names. This includes trading for friends, family, and/or a group. In case you are found trading multiple accounts, all affected accounts will be terminated.

9.2.1 The only exception to point 9.2 is when you are trading different asset classes, on each account, and after having obtained permission from Lux Trading to do so.

9.3 Group trading is not allowed and will result in the termination of all affected accounts. Group trading consists of multiple people trading the same system or strategy, resulting in near-equal trades.

9.4 The use of fully automatic EAs, robots, or automated systems in general, that are not the intellectual property of Client, is prohibited. The use of such EAs and/or robots may result in the termination of your account.

9.5 In the evaluation demo account, you are only allowed to trade a system or strategy, either traded manually or automated, which will also work on real money live accounts, and is accepted by our A-book broker and their liquidity providers. The use of a non-compliant system may result in the termination of your account.

9.6.1 The use of full automatic EAs, robots, or automated systems in general, that generate excessive trades, at either Lux’s or the broker’s discretion, is forbidden, and will result in the termination of your account.

9.6.2 Accounts engaging in excessive trading, or high-frequency trading, generating more than 5,000 server messages per 24 hours, will be deleted by our broker without warning, This will constitute the irrevocable termination of your Lux account, without the right to any refund.

9.7 Copy trading is only allowed when copying trades out, that is, when the account at Lux is the master account. Copying trades into a Lux account will result in the termination of that account.

9.8 From stage 2 onward in career plans, you will be assigned a personal risk manager. Your risk manager is there to advise, support, and guide you in any way that is beneficial to both of us. Therefore, you are required to follow his advice diligently. In the case of serious negligence, or poor risk management, your account might be closed at our discretion, and you will be expelled from the program.

9.9 Termination will never result in any repayment obligation for Lux Trading Firm

9.10 Client is not responsible for any losses on accounts, except in the case of Gross Negligence or Malicious Intent. In the case of Gross Negligence or Malicious Intent, the Client is responsible only for any losses due to this Gross Negligence.

Article 10 Acceptance of trades and their results to pass evaluation or scaling.

10.1 Lux Trading Firm may, in its own sole judgment, choose not to accept certain trades the client made, in Lux Trading Firm’s assessment of passing Evaluation or Scaling.

10.2 Among others, results of “Revenge Trades” or non-consistent trades may be excluded from accepted results.

10.3 Trades performed by EAs, robots, or automated systems in general, may be excluded from accepted results

10.4 Trades excluded from accepted results may affect net results, the number of active trading days, the passing of evaluation, and/or eligibility for Scaling.

Article 11 Failing Evaluation and Retrying.

11.1 When a client’s account is terminated for any of the reasons enumerated in point 9, he or she fails the Evaluation

11.2 Retrying the Evaluation is possible by paying a reset fee.

11.3 Lux Trading Firm may, in its own sole judgment, decide not to accept the reset of a client’s account.

11.4 If Lux Trading Firms decides not to accept a reset, the client is entitled to, and will get a full refund of the reset fee, within the shortest time possible.

11.5 If Lux Trading Firms chooses not to accept a reset, the client has no right to a refund of any other fees paid, or expenses made, by the client.

Article 12 Calculation of results.

12.1 Calculations of results for passing evaluation (stages 1 and 2) are done daily.

12.2 Calculations of results for stage 3 and up are done the first weekend of a month for the previous month’s results.

12.3 Calculations of results for scaling are done the first weekend of a month for the previous month’s results. Scaling is only possible after the calculation of these results.

12.4 For calculating results for stages 3 and up, any positive open equity will not be considered. All negative equity will be considered. Open equity carries over to next month’s results.

12.5 For stages 3 and up, realized losses in previous months will be considered, and must first be recuperated before a net positive result can be obtained. This is equivalent to working with a High-Water Mark system.

Article 13.1 Lux Elite Traders Club

13.1.1 The Lux Traders Elite Traders Club is a compound package that includes the services of a funded account, as described above, with several benefits, defined below.

13.1.2 The differences between the standard funded account service and the ones included in the Elite package are as follows: at the end of stage 1, client will not receive his registration fee refunded.

13.2 Additional benefits of Lux Elite Traders Club. Having purchased a Lux elite traders club package gives clients the following extra benefits.

13.2.1 Test Account. A test account, for as long as the client has an active main account, with unlimited resets, for the same value as his initial main account.

13.2.2 Live Trading Room. Access to the live trading room, while the client has an active main account.

13.2.3 1-on-1 meetings. 1-on-1 meetings with mentors: Credits for 1-on-1 meetings with mentors. One credit is equivalent to one meeting of 45 minutes +a 15-minute courtesy for
A. late-comers,
B. to resolve any audio or video issues,
C. to allow the mentor to send a follow-up by email.
These 15 minutes can exclusively be used for these purposes. Being late for more than 15 minutes is considered a disrespect to your mentor, and will result in the cancellation of the session and loss of the credit used. You are allowed to program one meeting per week with a mentor.

13.2.3.1 Reservations and Cancellations: Reservations will only be accepted through the automated calendar system. Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the time of the meeting. Later cancellations will result in the loss of the credit unless the mentor has more than 50% available time slots that day, in which case you will not lose the credit.

13.2.3.2 Credits included in each package: 15K account packages: 10 credits. 10K account packages: 8 credits. 5K account packages: 6 credits

13.2.3.3 Additional credits: Additional credits can be purchased at the price of GBP95.

13.2.4 Workshop. A visit to the Porto Montenegro trading room and workshop. There is 1 visit to the Porto Montenegro trading room and workshop included in each package. The workshop is available for elite traders with at least a 500K account.

13.2.4.1 Visits have a duration of 3 nights for 1 person and will be held mid-week. Available dates will be published by Lux in advance and emailed to members of the Lux Elite Traders Club

13.2.4.2 Expenses. Accommodations are paid for by Lux. Meals and travel (including possible Visa expenses) are at the expense of the client. Lux will assist within its means for travel arrangements and issues related to Visas (invitations, etc).

13.2.4.3. Additional workshops can be acquired at the prevailing prices.

13.2.5 Educational videos. Access to all educational videos on demand.

13.2.6 Risk Desk. Access to the Lux Risk Desk by email, beginning at stage 1. Your risk manager is there to advise, support, and guide you in any way that is beneficial to both of us. Therefore, you are required to follow his advice diligently. In the case of serious negligence, or poor risk management, your account might be closed at our discretion, and you will be expelled from the program.

Article 14 Dispute settlement

14.1 The governing law and applicable jurisdiction in case of a dispute between Client and Lux Trading Firm is UK law, and only UK courts can decide on the outcome of such a dispute.

Trading Rules

Trading Rules(Required)

Please carefully read, and then agree to the Trading Rules.

Profit Target

At Lux Trading Firm we have four different account sizes:

$200,000 – Evaluation and Advanced Acc stage – The target for this account is respectively $12,000 and $8,000.
$100,000 – Evaluation and Advanced Acc stage – The target for this account is respectively $6,000 and $4,000.‎
$50,000 – Evaluation and Advanced Acc stage – The target for this account is respectively $3,000 and $2,000.‎
$25,000 – Evaluation and Advanced Acc stage – The target for this account is respectively $1,500 and $1,000.

Once a trader successfully completes the Evaluation stage, he will receive a refund of 50% of the paid fees. He will receive another 50% once he passes the advanced stage.

Once you have reached the Professional Acc stage, and up, the profit targets are 10% to grow to the next stage (there are no time limits to reach any of our profit targets)

Profit Split and payouts

We shall split the profits in a ratio of 75% to the trader and 25% to the Lux Trading Firm.‎

In the Professional and above stages, the trader can request a withdrawal only once per month. The transactions will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Maximum loss limit?

At lux Trading Firm, we believe that all traders
should get a fair chance to enable them to trade and remain within their risk limit. As many of you may know, Institutional traders are risk-averse and generally make excellent trading decisions that lead to profitability and consistency.

The MAXIMUM RELATIVE DRAWDOWN is 5% on our Evaluation and Advanced stages in the Lux Career Plan Funded Trading Program.

What does relative drawdown mean?

The Maximum allowed Relative Draw Down is the highest realized account balance minus 5% and is compared to equity and balance.‎

The losses can never exceed the value of the Maximum Relative Drawdown specified at the start of the Evaluation.

For example, for the $100K Evaluation and Advanced Account stage, the max relative Drawdown is $5,000. If the starting account balance was $100,000, and at a later time, the trader made a profit of $2,000, bringing the max account balance to $102,000. Then the stop-out level based on the Relative Drawdown would be $102,000 – $5,100 = $96,900.

The MAXIMUM HYBRID DRAWDOWN is 4% on our Professional and Expert stages in the Lux Career Plan Funded Trading Program.

Our 4% hybrid drawdown level works like a combination of a fixed and relative drawdown.

After a trader withdraws their profits on the professional live trading stages, the account balance and maximum high are reset to the initial balance (or scaled up). This also resets the maximum drawdown level to 4% of the starting balance. So, every month you make a profit and withdraw; you also start with a new drawdown.

We implemented relative drawdown to create consistency in the risk our trades take and to ensure the safekeeping of profits already earned.

We don’t want traders to use gained profits to increase the amount of risk they can take. It really doesn’t make sense in our environment where the account size is scaled up after accumulating 10% profit anyway.

Your account will be immediately disabled when you hit your max loss allowed.

Should this happen, you can apply for a new account by paying a reset fee (fees listed at the bottom of this page), dependent on your account size, but not related to your current stage. You will go back to 2 stages in the program, that is, if you were on stage 4 you will start again on stage 2.

Risk Manager

From stage 2 onward in career plans, and beginning at stage 1 in Elite plans, you will be assigned a personal risk manager that will help you with anything that is necessary to reach your goal/target. Your risk manager is there to advise, support, and guide you in any way that is beneficial to both of us. Therefore, you are required to follow his advice diligently. In the case of serious negligence, or poor risk management, your account might be closed at our discretion, and you will be expelled from the program.

Stop Loss

Understanding the maximum Stop Loss Limit.

As you all know, being a trader is about managing risk. One of our essential guidelines is that all traders must have a stop loss in place according to their strategy of placing an order or trading on the spot.

Every trader has to place a Stop Loss order before entering the market. Stop-loss has to be within the 4 or 5% DrawDown limit and cannot exceed the max. allowed risk capital.

Any profits or active trading days made by such trades will not be counted towards the account growth profit target.

Time limits - Minimum trading days

At Lux trading firm, we do not believe that a trader should really be restricted to time, as this can severely hamper the chances of profitable traders. So let us put your mind at rest by letting you know there are no maximum time limits for the Evaluation, Advanced or Professional account stages to reach any of the profit targets to continue to the next stage. (MT4 Demo accounts that are not logged into will be deleted in normal server maintenance after 90 days. To avoid this, simple log into your MT4 account once a month. Should your account be deleted because of failure to login, you will have to buy a reset and start over.)

The only major stipulation that we do have is a minimum of active trading days on the first stage of our Lux Career Trading Plan Program.

Being a trader is not about being a one-hit-wonder. It’s about finding a suitable strategy that works with consistency and one that deems profitable to you.

Lux Trading Firm Traders need to have traded a minimum of 29 Trading Days on the Evaluation Account, Further stages (2 and up) do not require a minimum amount of trading days.

However, an exception applies to swing traders. If a trader keeps a trade open for a longer period with an average of at least two days, then a minimum of 15 trading days is required for Evaluation Account stage. (Our definition of a swing trader is a trader who does not take more than one trade at a time and takes a new trade after closing his last position. Also, this swing trader does not take more than two trades per week, and his trades are always longer than 48 hours on average)

Lux Trading Firm defines a trading day as the day the funded trader opens a new trade on a new day. For example, if the funded trader opens GBP-USD trade on Tuesday and closes the same trade on Wednesday, this counts as 1 trading day. The active trading day that counts is the day GBP-USD has opened and not the full duration of the trade.

Active trading days are Monday until Friday, weekends and holidays excluded.

The Evaluation Account stage’s minimum is to track the trader over a period of 29 active days. The minimum active trading days are there to keep the trader on the same track to not rush to the next profit targets. We will not accept significant differences in risk size, or trading style to fulfill the active trades or trading days. If we do see a big difference to only fulfill these active trades or trading days, we will not count these days as active, and then you will still need to fulfill these days before continuing to the next stage.

List of securities permitted to trade

The Lux Career Trading Program allows you to trade any symbol on our trading platforms that our current broker Global Prime offers, limited to Forex, Indices, Debt, and Commodities, using any trading style.

The Lux Career Trading Plan

At lux, unlike many proprietary trading firms, we want our traders to grow as they trade consistently, with proficiency, and profitability. Lux Trading Firm is more than willing to support our traders in their growth, hence the reason we developed The Lux Career Trading Plan.

Once you have completed your evaluation account, Lux Trading Firm will fund the advanced account with the same amount as the evaluation account size.

Once the advanced account stage has been completed (when you reach the 4% profit target), Lux Trading Firm will fund a live account (professional) with the same amount as your advanced account.

All professional 25k, 50k, 100k, or 200k Acc stages up to the Fund Manager $10Mill stage:

Every time the funded trader generates a trading profit equivalent to 10%, Lux Trading Firm will double the account size (25k, 50k, 100k, 200k, 500k, 1 million, 2,5 million, and finally, to $10 million‎.

Leverage

Evaluation, Advanced, and the Professional 25k, 50k, 100k, or 200k Accounts have the leverage of 1:10 on Forex and 1:5 on Indices and Commodities (Metals).

Trading Strategies allowed

All trading styles/strategies based on one type of asset class like FX, Indices, or Commodities (Metals) are welcomed; self-developed EAs, news trading, and holding trades over the weekend are allowed as long there is consistency in risk size per trade during the entire stage. You can choose risk % per trade, as long you use the same trading style and same risk % per trade (or total concurrent risk if you have multiple positions open at the same time) in the complete evaluation stages. (In case of too large an inconsistency in risk, you will have to redo the stage partially or entirely.) A trader can trade only one trading strategy per account. We do not allow traders to trade multiple trading strategies on one account, since that would not be acceptable for an audited track record, and most investors.

We allow EAs that are created by the trader (trader’s intellectual property). EAs that are developed by a third party, are prohibited since this does not show the individual trading skills of the trader. If this EA is no longer available to the trader/public, for whatever reason, the trader will be unable to update, upgrade or make changes to it for the better. One can use a third-party EA as a tool to support your strategy without a trade execution option. Always make sure the EA places a stop with the order; together with the order, not afterward (modify order) as our risk management will close the trade immediately!!!

Lux Trading Firm prohibits duplicating trades and orders by using a copy trading service ‎offered by any one provider.

Lux Trading Firm allows traders with a self-developed strategy to use the Lux trading platform as the Master account and copy the trades to other (Slave) accounts that belong to the trader or his/her company. It is prohibited to copy your trades to any other than your own trading account(s). Our algorithms will recognize when trades are duplicated to different trading accounts with us and will close them automatically. All the parties involved will be expelled from the program and no refund or reset will be possible.

You can have one account per asset class (Forex, Indices, Commodities) – meaning a maximum of 3 accounts in total. Each of these accounts has to go through the evaluation stage & can scale up all the way to the fund manager level.

Trading the accounts of friends, family, or any other relationship managed by you at Lux, using the same strategy is prohibited. All the parties involved will be expelled from the program and no refund or reset will be possible.

In the evaluation demo account, you are only allowed to trade a system or strategy, either traded manually or automated, which will also work on real money live accounts, and is accepted by our A-book broker and their liquidity providers. Examples of systems that are not allowed include, but are not limited to:

Any system that is based on the guaranteed stops of demo accounts. This includes using minimal SL, which would not work on a live account. 10 pips should be considered the minimum on a USD-based forex trade. 10 pips on a USD-based forex trade of 1 lot is equal to 100$ risk. For other asset classes, you should take an equivalent stop to 100$ risk per lot. For example, this would equate to a stop of 100 index points in US indices, and 1$ on gold. Remember that non USD-based instruments have their SL value expressed in the prevailing currency, and you should adjust your stop accordingly to have a minimum of 100$. For example, if you trade an EUR-based instrument like e.g., one of the European indices, and the EUR to USD exchange rate is 1.1, your minimum stop would be 91 index points, equivalent to 91€, equivalent to 100$. You are allowed to manually exit with less than 10 pips loss, of course.
Any system based on luck, or with its origins in gambling, like Martingale, going long and short just before a mayor news update, going “All-In”.
Any system using giant stops, which, when hit, will make it realistically impossible to come back from this loss. And yes, that is “when hit”, not “if hit”.
Any system that was originally devised to work without the placement of a Stop Loss, then adapted to our requirements to use Stop Loss by using full or near-full max risk.
Any system based on “negative outcome” of the original trade, like averaging down, or Martingale.
Any system with a risk management that would not be accepted by your future Lux risk desk and risk manager, which use internationally accepted risks management standards.

Withdrawals

We hope you have taken the time to read all the above terms. This is the most anticipated stage for all traders, so we would like to give you clear guidelines on our withdrawal policy.

The Profit Payment Process:‎

Once a trader successfully completes the Evaluation account, he can withdraw a refund of 50% of paid fees, After completing the Advanced account, he can withdraw the other 50%.

Traders can only take their 75% profit split of the professional and expert account stages if there is a net profit.

All professional and expert trading accounts can receive their profits payments within the first week of the new month.

What is the withdrawal process?

1) Fill in the form on the profit-split page in your trader dashboard at the end of the month requesting the withdrawal and shall process your request within 3-5 business days.

2) Fill in all correct details on the form, and the exact funds of your profit split of the month are on the top of the form.

‎3) The withdrawal request will not influence the 10% profit target to grow in The Lux Career Trading Plan.

4) Once you have made your withdrawal, it’s back to your trading account, and begins to aim for your next target on The Lux Career Trading Plan.‎

The Fee Structure

Lux Trading Firm asks for an enrollment fee. The fee covers the use of all our unique applications, such as MT4, Trading View, and Trader Evolution platforms, Trader dashboard with all your metrics, and Account analysis by a professional risk management desk.

Every new trader who signs up after 10-10-2021 that passes the Evaluation (Demo) Account stage will receive a 50% refund of their enrollment fee (excluding any reset fees or for elite packages). The other 50% will be paid out after completing the Advanced stage.

Even though there are no other costs than the enrollment fee, if you pass the Max 4% Draw-down Limit, you’ll need to reset your trading account to continue being eligible for funding. The reset prices are listed below, your account will be reset to its starting balance regardless of your account balance at the time of the breach.

Practical Assessment Reset Fee
You should only reset your account under the following conditions:
You have been advised that you have breached the 4 or 5% Maximum Drawdown.
You voluntarily wish to reset your account for whatever reason.
When you reset your account, you will be provided with another fresh trading account, and you will be sent your new account log in details for your selected trading platform. You will have to pay

25k account: reset fee 89GBP
50k account: reset fee 179GBP
100k account: reset fee 269GBP
200k account: reset fee 359GBP

The Enrollment Fee Refund Policy

The moment the trader has paid the enrollment fee and Lux Trading Firm has sent the email with login details of their evaluation account, from that moment, there will be no more refund possible.‎
Exceptions:

1. UK residents using Knoma to pay for the Elite Package. A refund is possible for 14 days from the date of purchase, as long as the trader hasn’t:

* traded on his evaluation account (they can use the test account), or
* had a meeting with his mentor, or
* used the services of the risk desk
2. Another exception applies to the Special Offer on the 1MM$ account. Refunds are only available if and when we aren’t able to supply you with your credentials before or on June 30th, 2023. You accept that, by paying for this special offer, you will not demand, and are not entitled to, a refund, unless we fail to provide you with working credentials for a 1MM$ account on one of our trading platforms at the latest on June 30th, 2023.
